Access to our web site, www.bhubplay.com (hereinafter the “web site” or the “web page”), implies your acceptance of our privacy policy.

 The purpose of this declaration is to inform Users (hereinafter Users) of the general policy followed by b!Play on privacy and personal data protection. This Privacy Policy may vary depending on legislative requirements or self-regulation measures and users are therefore recommended to consult it from time to time. It will be applicable in the event that any User decides to complete a form requesting personal details.

SOURCE OF THE INFORMATION.

The personal details we process come directly from you and comprise the following categories:

  • General information, such as your full name, postal and/or email address and contact details.
  • User name and ID code.
  • Professional information, such as your professional category or any other information that might be strictly necessary in order to provide our services, provided that there is a connection between your access to our services and your job or professional category.

We do not process any specially protected data.

PURPOSES AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DETAILS

The personal details of Users will be processed to render the following services, in particular:

  • To manage Users’ access to the b!play demo
  • To take non-automated decisions about the possibility offering Users our services.
  • To improve and continuously verify the quality of our services (for instance, by conducting satisfaction surveys, research, and analyses in connection with our services).
  • To resolve complaints and manage requests for information.
  • To comply with any legal obligations to which b!Play may be subject, as well as to respond to requests from public administrations or governmental bodies, and lawsuits.
  • As indicated above, we may use Users’ personal details for a series of purposes related to the services we render. In this sense, the processing of Users’ personal details will be protected by the following legal bases:
  • The use of Users’ personal details is necessary for the performance of the corresponding contract or the provision of the b!play demo access services.
  • As the communication of personal details is a legal or contractual requirement necessary to subscribe the said contract, Users are informed that they are obliged to facilitate their personal details and the consequences of not doing so may imply the non-provision of the service requested.

INTENDED RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DETAILS.

During the period processing persists, b!Play will not perform any assignment nor any transfer whatsoever, except when obliged to do so in law.

Optionally, temporary transfers will be made to computer Service Companies: Data Processors outside the EU, subject to Privacy Shield. b!Play has contracted its virtual infrastructure in accordance with the cloud-based computing model using a supplier and under the terms of the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement. When communicating your details, we will always adopt appropriate measures to ensure that your data are processed, protected and communicated in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

RETENTION OF THE INFORMATION

Generally speaking, we will only retain personal details for the time necessary:

  • To comply with our legal obligations and/or protect our rights.

All personal details provided will be retained as long as the relationship with b!Play continues to exist and until such time as Users request their elimination.
